Strawberry bombs

°300g (2 cups) flour
°1 egg
°45g (1/4 cup) sugar
°pinch of salt
°7g dry yeast
°a hundred and forty ml (3/5 cup) warm milk
°forty g (1/4 cup) softened butter
+For the decoration:
°Whipped cream
°Strawberries, chopped
°Granulated sugar

In  bowl, integrate sugar, yeast & milk and stir to dissolving.
Whisk egg. Adding flour and salt, & start kneading dough with a spatula. Then hold kneading together along with your palms till you get an elastic dough.
