  • 2 C frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 C blueberries
  • 1 C raspberries
  • 1 T vanilla protein powder
  • 1 container Oikos Triple Zero Mixed Berry Greek Yogurt
  • Water


  1. Add all ingredients together in a blender. Mix at highest speed for thirty seconds.
  2. Check the consistency of the smoothie. If it is too thick, add water and blend 60 more seconds until thoroughly blended. Texture should be thick but thin enough to drink through a straw.
  3. Serve cold and add whipped cream and fresh strawberry for extra sweetness
