  • 1 tbsp (1 tbsp) olive oil (for the chicken thighs)

Chicken Thigh Marinade

  • 400 g (14.11 oz) skinless boneless chicken thighs (about 4 thighs)
  • 3 cloves (3 cloves) garlic
  • 1 sprig (1 sprig ) cilantro
  • 1 tbsp (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (1 tbsp) lime juice
  • 1 tsp (1 tsp) paprika powder
  • 1 tsp (1 tsp) red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp (1 tsp) salt
