1. Limit fat, and select your fat sources
We keep repeating it, but the only solution to lose weight, and in this case to lose thighs, is to monitor your diet, to rebalance it and to limit bad fat intake. Ban all delicatessen, fatty cheeses, sweets after 12 o’clock, fried foods or dishes in sauce. And use organic rapeseed oil, coconut oil and olive oil (in moderate doses).
