1. Changes In Urination
This is one of the first sign shown by your body that your kidneys are in trouble. Changes in the frequency, color, odor and appearance of urine cannot be ignored. Here are some signs:
- Trouble urinating

- Pressure during urinating
- Increased need to urinate, especially during night
- In severe cases, blood in urine.
2. High Blood Pressure
The kidneys have small compounds that filter waste and extra fluids from the blood. If the blood vessels are damaged, the compounds that filter your blood don’t receive enough oxygen and nutrients, this result in causing high blood pressure in your body.
3. Excessive Swelling
