Follow these 3 steps to lighten dark knees and elbows naturally at home

Step 2 scrub –
Ingredients you will need –

  • 3 teaspoons of rice flour
  • 4 teaspoons of carrot juice
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric juice/turmeric powder

Method –

  • In a clean bowl take 3 teaspoons of rice flour, 4 teaspoons of carrot juice and 1 teaspoon of turmeric juice/turmeric powder.
  • Mix them really well to combine all the ingredients together. And your scrub is now ready for use.
  • Now apply this pack on your dark elbows and knees and gently scrub it for 2 minutes.
  • Then leave it for further 5 minutes to let it dry and rinse it off with normal water.
