Having a proper circulation of the blood is essential for the overall health because of that way the nutrients, oxygen and minerals are transferred in all of the parts in the body.

You can improve your blood circulation by eating more healthy food, home treatments and changes in your lifestyle. It is also suggested to consult a doctor.

1.Cayenne

The capsaicin in the cayenne pepper is beneficial for stimulating the blood flow, strengthening the arteries and capillaries and relieving the headaches, cold feed and tingling sensation.

Take a glass of water and mix inside ½ tsp cayenne in powder, 2 tbsp. organic apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp. blackstrap molasses. Consume it 2 times in the day.

Important: Do not use it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding!
